If you send us a request, we process the data you provide (name, e-mail address, phone number, tour, date, number of guests and your message) in order to answer your enquiry and, if applicable, to carry out the tour. The data is stored in our website database and sent to our e-mail address. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We keep enquiries as long as necessary and as required by law.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use tracking or analytics cookies. No data is transferred to advertising networks. Fonts are hosted on our own server, so no connection to third-party font services is established when you open a page.

Your rights

You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. If you believe the processing of your data violates data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, dsb.gv.at).

Note for the client: the fields in brackets and the hosting details still need to be completed before launch. If tracking or a booking system is added later, this page has to be extended and a consent banner becomes necessary.
